Esta es el aula virtual de Lovely English Bloom — International English Academy, la academia de inglés de Ana Isabel. Solo la usan sus alumnos y su equipo.
Qué datos guardamos
- Nombre, correo de Google, teléfono, idioma preferido y, si el alumno es menor, el nombre y teléfono de su responsable.
- Cursos, asistencia, tareas entregadas, notas y mensajes del foro.
- Pagos de mensualidades registrados por la academia.
Cómo usamos tu cuenta de Google
- Alumnos y equipo: solo leemos tu nombre y tu correo para dejarte entrar. No accedemos a tu Drive, tu calendario ni tu correo.
- Cuenta de la academia: el aula usa su Google Drive para guardar los materiales y las tareas que se suben al aula (solo los archivos que crea el aula), su Google Calendar para enviar las invitaciones de cada clase a los alumnos del grupo, y su Gmail para enviar avisos (tareas, notas, mensualidades).
El uso y la transferencia de la información recibida de las APIs de Google cumple la Google API Services User Data Policy, incluidos los requisitos de uso limitado (Limited Use).
Con quién lo compartimos
Con nadie. No vendemos ni cedemos datos, no mostramos publicidad y no usamos los datos para entrenar modelos de inteligencia artificial.
Dónde se guardan
En Cloudflare (base de datos del aula) y en el Google Drive de la academia. Las conexiones van cifradas.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir ver, corregir o borrar tus datos escribiendo a lovelyenglishbloom@gmail.com.

This is the online classroom of Lovely English Bloom — International English Academy, Ana Isabel's English school. It is used only by her students and staff.
Data we keep
Name, Google email, phone, preferred language and, for minors, a guardian's name and phone; courses, attendance, submitted assignments, grades and comments; monthly fee payments recorded by the school.
How we use Google accounts
Students and staff: we only read your name and email to sign you in. We do not access your Drive, Calendar or Gmail. The school's own account: the classroom uses its Google Drive to store materials and submissions (only files the classroom creates), its Google Calendar to send each class invitation to the students of the group, and its Gmail to send notices (assignments, grades, monthly fees).
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell or share data with anyone, show no ads and do not use the data to train AI models.
Storage
Data is stored in Cloudflare (the classroom database) and in the school's Google Drive, over encrypted connections.

To see, correct or delete your data, write to lovelyenglishbloom@gmail.com.
